The entire process from start to finish was completed from IL and Terrell was a phenomenal partner during the entire process. She was our eyes on the ground in GA and really do not know what we would have done without her as she served as our proxy when we were not physically able to be in GA and she prioritized our needs. She went above and beyond as a realtor to ensure everything went as smooth as possible with the builder from contract to closing. She checked on our home as it was being built and helped moved things along when needed. We had a previous realtor who we felt was disengaged and so happy we were able to switch to working with Terrell. Building a home is stressful enough but building a home from out of state in an area that you are not familiar with amplifies the stress and you really need a skilled realtor on your team who understands the process and the nuances that go along with relocation and working with out of state clients.
